SHOWER TRAYS - Merlyn commission various shower trays but they are not all the same quality or specification - we purchase all our trays direct from the original tray manufacturers and can therefore offer a full range of products from the basic stone resin tray through to the new minimalist acrylcast and ultracast trays. We strongly recommend that you choose a superior quality tray with your Merlyn shower - Although some stone resin trays mention a long guarantee- some as long as 50 years, in reality this applies only to the structure not the surface. The surface of a basic stone resin tray is only a gel coat and therefore cannot be guaranteed more than 12 months. The acrylcast and ultracst trays are guaranteed for at least 20 years - including the surface- CHOOSE WISELY. The new ULTRACAST/Acrylcast stone resin shower trays. Up until now you had a limited choice of trays - contract stone resin or full spec stone resin. The contract shower tray commonly offered by the DIY/WAREHOUSE suppliers is a crude mixture and is therefore quite inferior to the full spec mix - we only offer the full spec tray. The other alternatives such as cast acrylic reinforced - Carronite - or the very basic plastic/acrylic shower tray have severe limitation in quality, life and rigidity or in the case of the Carronite simply not enough choice for todays market. We now have the answer - THE NEW ULTRACAST STONE RESIN SHOWER TRAY WITH ABS/ACRYLIC CAP.

ALL EASI PLUMB TRAYS (sometimes called Merlin) with adjustable legs ARE NOW ONLY SOLD IN THE ULTRACAST/Acrylcast FORMAT - if you need the facility of a stone resin height adjustable tray with detachable panels you now also have the superb benefit of this excellent new tray. The Easi Plumb/ Merlin style tray is available in most sizes. You also now have the opportunity to select a branded UltraCast tray from Just Trays. Same ultracast construction as above. Guarantee is the same for branded or own brand trays. NEW
