You already have 50+ on line shopping sites - why do you need another one? |
We have to maintain a certain volume of products with our key suppliers. With sales in the UK slightly depressed a the moment this enables us to obtain that volume. You will also notice that these are individual products whereas most of our other sites are package deals. |

Goods are not held at a central warehouse, indeed most goods are not even held at Stoke on Trent. When you order the goods we will arrange a collection day for you and the goods will be brought to the collection point. |

When the quota says next week or next month what does that mean? |
It means that the availabiliy of the product will be approx 21 days for delivery from the quota date or 5-7 days for collection from the quota date. |

Can I pay by cheque? |
Yes you could, but it would add 7 working days to your delivery or collection timing. We also point out that by paying credit card or debit card you get an absolute guarantee from your card issuer, |

What does TRADE TERMS mean? |
You are buying at the same price or even less than our trade buyers therefore you must agree to the same terms. You can link to our terms of sale which explains more but in essence the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply. i.e. you cannot cancel or return goods unless we agree and in virtually all cases there will be a cancellation or restocking charge. |

What happens if I miss my CONNECT AND COLLECT APPOINTMENT? |
You `are provided with a 90 minute window for collection. If you miss this there will be an admin charge of £25. |

This site only offers brand new perfect goods. Only our clearance bargain site ever offers graded products. |

Why do you have a QUOTA system. |
We make little or no profit on these offers. There is no point in "giving away" goods at these silly prices unless it is to guarantee continuity. |

I have seen some items at similar prices in DIY stores. Why should I buy from you? |
We do not offer cheap DIY store or WAREHOUSE PRODUCTS. We only offer studio quality products. Have a look at some of the top quality BATHROOM STUDIOS to get an idea of the quality we sell. For example a cheap DIY whirlpool is a 10 year OUT OF DATE PRODUCT - you might just as well not bother and you certainly would be very unhappy with the product after a very short time. Many high quality bathroom studios buy their whirlpools from us. |
